These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wedici's website and application (the "Service"), operated by wedici, Inc. ("wedici," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
wedici is a platform that helps members discover service providers through recommendations from their personal network, and helps providers be discovered by members who already trust the people recommending them.
Membership on wedici is free. There is no charge to join, build your network, give or receive recommendations, or use the core features of the Service as a member.
Service providers may claim a free Core profile, or subscribe to wedici Premium for $99/month for additional analytics, promotional tools, and priority support. Premium subscriptions can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge per-lead fees or sell placement.
You retain ownership of the recommendations, reviews, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant wedici a license to display and use it within the Service, consistent with the privacy and visibility controls you've selected.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the integrity of the trust graph.
wedici provides a platform for recommendations between members and does not independently verify the quality of any provider's work. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wedici, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify members of material changes before they take effect.
